Subscription & billing

Your subscription is managed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), not by us directly.

  • iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → HorseMetric
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • You can cancel anytime; your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • The 14-day free trial is available to new subscribers only and converts automatically to a paid subscription if not cancelled.

Account & data

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This action is permanent.

Frequently asked questions

My training plan failed to generate.

Plan generation requires a stable internet connection and can take up to 3 minutes. If it fails, try again from the home screen. If it keeps failing, email us with your user email and we'll investigate.

How do I add another horse?

The number of horses you can add depends on your subscription tier: Solo (1 horse), Club (3 horses), Stable (10 horses). Upgrade from Settings → Subscription.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
